The Fine Print
Private events may require a food & beverage minimum during peak season. Peak Season is Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Pricing does not include CT state 7.35% tax and a 20% service charge, room rental, and 5% booking fee. Room Rental rates are based on each space, on or off season.
A $250.00 deposit is required to secure a date. The deposit is refundable up until one month from your event date.
All clients will establish a guaranteed guest count once a deposit is received. That guarantee will be locked in 7 days prior to the event. Final billing will be based on the guaranteed attendance number or actual number of attendees, whichever is greater.
Final meal counts and menu selections are due 7 days prior to the event.
Restaurant partial and complete buyouts may require a food and beverage minimum dependent on the day and season.
